Interesting shot...Looks like a prison? A desolate feeling...yet there's something about the pattern of white at the windows that speaks of more life...

Kathy - It's actually the old buildings left over from the construction of the Davis Dam on the Colorado River. The fence is just to keep everybody away from it.

Interesting how much old military bases look like prisons. Is Camp Davis still used?

Thanks Kathy! There are a lot of them out there.

Bill - Despite the name, apparently this was never actually used by the military. It was used by the constructions crews working on the Davis Dam.
